The “Off Boston” Destination Shopping Area is new to the City of Nederland and currently under construction. The development is expected to be completed by end of May 2024 or June 2024. This new area will offer additional shopping and dining to enhance what we currently have right on Boston Avenue. Nederland is landlocked so we must make the best of each space we have. Each of these buildings will be sold not leased and the Nederland EDC will be happy to assist you in securing Small Business Loans or commercial loans with the lender of your choice. The streets will have sidewalks and trees that are lit year-round. There will be a green space for activities to be held and each major holiday enormous decorations to make this a walking destination.
